Why "no contract" matters
Traditional sanitary bin services tie you into long agreements with per-visit fees, even on empty bins. Hygiene+ does the opposite.
No auto-renewal
We don't have your card on file. You won't wake up to a renewed 24-month contract you forgot to cancel.
No minimum term
Order one pack of 10 for £58 today; order again next quarter, or never. There is nothing to cancel.
No exit fees
Switching from a contracted provider? Once your current term ends, just start ordering Hygiene+ at £5.80 per bin.

How it's calculated
We multiply the number of bins you use each month by £5.80 (our single-bin price when bought in a pack of 10) to give a monthly cost, then ×12 for the yearly figure. Add your current invoice amount and we'll compare the two side-by-side.
Send us a recent invoice and we'll send back a like-for-like quote — usually within one working day.
Figures are estimates only and depend on your current service cost, usage and disposal arrangements. In many scheduled servicing models, bins may be collected whether they are full or not, which is why low-volume sites may benefit from a buy-as-you-need alternative.

No-contract sanitary bins: your questions answered
Are sanitary bin contracts legally required in the UK?
No. UK law requires you to provide a hygienic means of disposal for menstrual waste (Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992) and to dispose of it correctly. It does not require a contracted service. Sealed, used Hygiene+ disposable sanitary bins can be placed in your general (offensive) waste — see our legal obligations page for the full citations.
What does "no contract" actually mean with Hygiene+?
There is no service agreement, no minimum term, no auto-renewal and no exit fee. You buy a pack of 10 disposable sanitary bins for £58.00 (£5.80 per bin) when you need them, and that's it. Order again only when you run low.
Is a disposable sanitary bin really cheaper than a contracted service?
For most small and mid-sized washrooms, yes. Traditional contracts charge per bin per service visit (often £8–£15 per bin per collection) whether the bin is full or not. Hygiene+ is a flat £5.80 per bin, used once and sealed — no wasted collections.
How do I dispose of a full Hygiene+ bin legally?
When the bin reaches its 2 kg fill line, fold and lock the integrated lid to form a permanent seal, then place it in your general (offensive) waste stream. Sealed used sanitary waste is classified as offensive waste (EWC 18 01 04) under UK regulations and does not require a specialist collection.
Are Hygiene+ bins really leakproof and waterproof?
Yes. Although the body is approximately 96% paper, the inside is finished with a waterproof, leak-resistant lining and an absorbent Bio-mat™ pad sits at the base to lock in liquids. The two-stage seal prevents leaks both between uses and after final closure.
How many bins do I need per washroom per month?
A typical guideline is one Hygiene+ bin per cubicle per month for low–medium use, two for higher use. Most small offices order a pack of 10 every 2–3 months. Use our savings calculator on this page for an exact estimate.
Can I cancel anytime?
There is nothing to cancel — Hygiene+ is not a subscription. Place a one-off order whenever you need bins. If you'd prefer scheduled deliveries, contact us and we'll set them up with no minimum term.
Do you deliver UK-wide? What does shipping cost?
Yes, we ship to all UK mainland addresses. Standard shipping is a flat £6.99 per order, typically delivered within 2–4 working days. See our delivery & returns page for full details.
