By placing an order with Hygiene+ you agree to these terms. Hygiene+ is operated by Econix Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Delivery

Product use
Products are sold for use as described. We accept no liability for use outside of intended purpose or for waste disposal arrangements that do not comply with applicable regulations at the customer's site.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
